Abstract: Manoel Theatre and the Ministry of Labour, Culture and Welfare, in association with the Embassy of France and the Alliance Francaise (De Malte), present the programme for a flute and harp recital, performed by harpist Anne Devorsine and flautist Pierre Devine. The recital featured the musical works of Benedetto Marcello, Carl Phillip Emanuel Bach, and Elias Parish-Alvars. The performance was held on the 9th of February, 1981, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta.
Description: Programme includes list of featured music including composers and some biographical notes/descriptions, and short notes with photos and signatures on harpist Anne Devorsine and flautist Pierre Devine. Programme also includes separate paper with descriptions some featured composers which are otherwise missing in the programme document itself. Programme is given no. 845 in archival records.
