| Abstract: | The 12th Annual General Meeting was held on 3rd April, 1974. The meeting was opened with the showing of the R.S.P.B. film ''The Kites are Flying". It was brought over from UK by the British Council for this occasion. The proposed amendment that the term of office for the elected committee should be for a period of two years was passed unanimously. Following is the President's address, the Secretary's report and the Income and Expenditure Account for 1973 which were read at the meeting. |
