| Abstract: | Whilst One Frame Exhibits (OFE) are new to the Federation Internationale de Philatelie they ha\e been in use for some time in many of the member countries. The rules for jt:dging OFE remain in the experimental stage for the time being. Therefore the present criteria of judging multi frame exhibits has been adopted temporarily namely: Treatment and Importance, Knowledge and Research, Condition and Rarity, and Presentation. |
