Abstract: Once, a well renowned theologian said that in today's world a Christian should be either a mystic or no Christian at all. Our earthly life swiftly passes by and we do not have time to wander around without trying to make a daily effort to transform it into good deeds that gradually aid in the process of a unified world according to the will of God. For a Christian mystic lifestyle we need a strong basis formulated on the theological virtues, the three necessary elements that unite us to God whilst transforming us into dignified adopted children, heirs of His Kingdom. To attain such a high objective we cannot let ourselves be distracted and taken out of proportion from such an ideal and the theological virtues aid us profoundly both to keep in line and also to influence and transform whoever comes in touch with our lives during our holy journey as pilgrims of the same Father. My intention in writing this essay, is to help those who might come across this work and read it so that they will understand better the content of the theological virtues and actualize them more intensely in their daily living so that Jesus Christ will be able to declare himself for us in the presence of His Father in heaven.
