Abstract: | Manoel Theatre and The Ariel Players present the programme for the pantomime "Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves", devised by Ian D. Field, and produced by Janet Scott, with musical direction from Joseph Vella and choreography created by Philippa Galea. The performance was held from the 5th till the 13th of January, 1973, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
Description: | Two copies of programme included, one with performers' signatures and one without. Both programmes include list of cast, synopsis of scenes, lists of dancing girls, femalre chorus, robbers and male chorus, list of crew members from Ariel Players and from Manoel theatre, shote note of acknowledgement, note on Ariel Players group and the pantomime, and picture of Manoel theatre's booking plan. Programme is given no. 424 in archival records. Retrieved from the Manoel theatre records. |
